The Requirements

A Principal Consultant in our Quality Engineering Practice is responsible for leading quality and testing projects of significant size and complexity for clients. This includes tasks such as defining the quality approach, technically testing the approach, estimation, process development, and showing value to assigned clients through quality and testing services. This position is responsible for defining and establishing QE metrics and reports in line with internal guidelines. Principal Consultants work directly with the project manager and the client to ensure client expectations are met. This leadership position participates in ongoing internal training, provides sales support, provides consulting services to clients, and supports staffing tasks. The Lead Quality Engineer’s work closely with QE Management.
