Current Need

Macro Helix helps hospitals and health care systems improve the operational and financial performance of their pharmacy service offerings. Our solutions help clients reduce drug costs, increase reimbursements, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Macro Helix is seeking the right individual to join our team as a QA Analyst. The QA Analyst will collaborate with our team to automate test cases for regression and functional testing to deliver a quality product to our clients.

Position Description

Collaborate with our team to automate test cases for regression and functional testing to deliver a quality product to our clients. This role will also require day to day activities of testing the application, participate in team meetings to provide innovative ideas to deliver a quality product. Review SalesForce cases to identify defects, report and verify the fix before deployment. Tests program for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

4+ years experience in software and/or program testing.

Critical Skills

3-4 years of professional work experience with Selenium WebDriver automated testing.

Must have experience writing and executing SQL queries

Experience writing scripts using Java TestNG/JUnit, Build Management with Maven, Maven TestNG Integration, and Database testing using MS SQL Server.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Strong experience with ALM (test cases, etc.) is preferred

Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile/KANBAN/Behavior Driven Development is preferred

Strong analytical and technical skills is preferred

Strong communication skills and self starter is preferred

Experience in Health Care, pharmaceuticals or managed care is a plus.

Experience in Performance testing is a plus.

Experience in using Cucumber is a plus.

Experience using TFS for defect tracking and source control.

Prior experience working in a fast paced environment

Self Driven and independent worker

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
