The Licensed Agent has dozens of captive agencies that we are partnered with throughout the DFW Metroplex and many of our locations are currently hiring Property & Casualty insurance agents. We are looking for high energy, motivated, team players to come join our teams!

If you are not currently licensed for Property & Casualty, we offer an in-house exam prep course that is very easy to understand at a rate of $97.00 which includes the submission of test results to the Texas Department of Insurance! Our exam prep course is typically Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am- 2:00pm. Class rooms max out at 10 students to make the classroom more engaging and question friendly!

Each one of our partners has to meet specific criteria including but not limited to:

• Specific tools for Agents to utilize
• Room for growth within the agency
• Salary & Commission structures
• Positive energy throughout the work space
• In business for 5+ years
• Consistently building a book of business
• Service record
• Online Reviews/ Reputation
• Community outreach

Candidate Requirements:

• Property & Casualty License (Preferred not required) – We offer licensing courses.
• 1-2 Years+ of Insurance, Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
• Telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Great personality. We’re looking for people with energy, charisma and professional character.
