Project Manager-Residential Construction

Hubble Homes, a leader in the homebuilding industry in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley, is expanding its construction department. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily management of subdivision house construction to ensure completion on schedule and as designed, while meeting or exceeding the expectations of our home buyers.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager will be responsible for onsite duties, quality control, community cleanliness, adhering to construction schedules and budgets. Must be highly goal oriented, organized, customer service centered, and industry knowledgeable. Must be a team player and have the ability to clearly communicate on the jobsite to subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other project managers.

Education/Experience :

• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction or subcontracting required.
• College or vocational degree in construction management preferred.
• Computer skills are preferred (Microsoft Office, FAST).
