Project Manager Jr.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager will be responsible of the End to End software implementation projects. A project manager is in charge around 6 / 7 projects. These projects are followed by the PM since the beginning until the end, taking the End by the Handover to the Produban Operations Team. It is also required as a Subject Matter Expert in the Production Incidents.

Is responsible for ensuring all software change management activities are performed efficiently, following the specific procedures in each case.

· Organizes and co-ordinates relevant teams to ensure proper deployment

· Establishes the general principles of the implementation process. In order to do this, it homogenizes the management of all changes to any service element.

· Reduces risks and prevents the impact resulting from the changes made to the final services.

· Ensures appropriate service levels with customers.

· Guarantees control and awareness when organizing all actions associated with changes. In order to do this, it records all information associated with the change, and makes this information accessible.

· Ensures the changes are prepared and scheduled properly.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 2-3 years of Project Management Experience in Software implementation

· Knowledge of in house Technologies ( JAVA, COBOL, Tibco, SAS, BO, DB2, Mainframe )

· Must be motivated and able to multitask to ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision

PREFERRED SKILLS

· PMP/ PMI certified

· Spanish / English

· ITIL v3 certification
