PROJECT MANAGER – AEROSPACE

Sonovision USA is an industry-leading technical publications and engineering documentation management firm for the Aerospace and Defense industry. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team on a permanent, full time or contractual basis.

Candidates should have project management experience and preferably have an aerospace systems background. Experience with the following types of information/documents would be an asset: service, customer, maintenance, operation, ground support and accessory information. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

As a Project Manager with Sonovision USA, you will join an energetic team of documentation specialists, passionate about the work they do. As part of the project management team, you will be expected to be a focal point for our customer’s engineering team and work with the rest of the Sonovision team to address all their technical documentation requirements, issues and questions. Part of these duties will include working with the Sonovision team to create and process revisions for service and maintenance information/documents.

A Project Manager’s duties include (but are not limited to):

• Provide support to site engineers
• Monitor quality and schedule performance for all customer jobs and provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Attend site/customer meetings.
• Coordinate the activities to revise/edit documents.
• Prioritize work and give accurate direction by balancing schedule demands across the workload.
• May participate on teams improving processes, training, and tool implementation for all assigned documentation needs
