Project Manager

• Prior experience working in Tunnels or Underground Construction
• At least 3 years of experience working in a Project Management role
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficient and basic software use of Microsoft Office, P6 scheduling, AutoCAD and other related programs. • Direct and oversee construction project from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and contract specifications.
• Oversee, delegate, and monitor project staff and field supervision performance on assigned projects to ensure that the project is completed within the budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Direct project meetings with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to review quality, safety, scheduled project progress, submittal requirements, and material deliveries to ensure attainment of project objectives, schedule completion.
• Cultivate a working relationship that encourages a cooperative environment, team effort and professional approach.
• Project scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Negotiate agreement terms, manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, analyze and mitigate risks.
• Review project on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and costs remain within budget.
