Preferred Qualifications

Manage project-level plan, issues/risks, status, etc.

Managing stakeholder expectation

Facilitating cross-silo communications and decision making

Attend key project meetings / deliverable review sessions

Facilitate Project Leadership Team meetings

Single-point of contact from stakeholders

Escalation point for Project Managers, Business Owners

Produce project-level documentation and business communications

Create and manage project schedule in PPM Tool

Ensure project has resources

Produce weekly status report, attend weekly PMO status meetings

Manage project through project lifecycle

Communicate, Communicate, Communicate!!

Strong experience with Software Development Lifecycle Process, software testing standards, practices, methods and tools, Release Management, and Operational processes

Tools: Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project

Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban – Certified Scrum Master a plus

Active involvement with Cloud services deployment – familiarity with cloud concepts, terminology, tech stacks a big plus

PMP a plus

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically seven years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
