Project Manager

Responsible for making our #1 critical success factor, safety first, a priority in all tasks and activities performed by self and all others involved. Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections. .

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.

2. Project submittal process, including submission, approvals and release of approvals.

3. Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors and subcontractors.

4. Responsible for all job related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.

5. Monitoring of all job related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

6. Understanding of the Company’s financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the CSG companies.

7. Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.

8. Monthly cost analysis.

9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an electrical project manager.

Key Skills & Competencies

Must possess a working knowledge of ACCUBID, along with skills with Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Access).
