Project Manager

We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience in communicating well with current and potential clients.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure that our roof recovery process is implemented efficiently. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially around Saturday, evenings, and end of month deadlines. • Meet and greet new clients (Homeowners)
• Meet with staff once per week and discuss current field operations and add plans on how to increase company effinciancy
• Execute project tasks, and use individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• An Ipad Air will be furnished to help with all job duties
• Experience with process improvement
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Willingness to be trained in the industry
