Xbox Platform R&D team is seeking a Project Manager to guide the creation of strategies and processes to help evolve our culture within the Xbox Platform organization. Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

o Support the leadership team’s vision to make Xbox Platform R&D an inclusive work environment and help land Gaming for Everyone vision and strategy within the Platform team, in partnership with the Chief of Staff

o Develop and apply a deep understanding of team cultural dynamics and translate those insights into actionable programs that drive high-performance culture

o Help design and drive strategies to cultivate a healthier culture that attracts and retains top diverse talent, in partnership with Recruiting and HR

o Be the voice of the team by synthesizing feedback from various inputs

o Collaborate across multiple teams within Xbox to identify and address culture gaps, with a dedication to helping build trust and community

o Create and run internal groups to help drive engagement and dialogue

o Partnering with various teams (e.g., Gaming for Everyone, HR, etc.) to plan and execute morale-improvement, team-building, and diversity & inclusion activities that create a sense of belonging, as needed, to help develop and retain top talent so they can succeed

Process & Tools:

o You will help develop new processes to lead our culture evolution

o Identify integration opportunities, track & measure performance, and communicate progress regularly

o Provide regular status updates on the state of the culture program

o Build and maintain a repository for up-to-date resources

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years Project Management experience — proven ability to manage & deliver multiple programs simultaneously while developing / delivering growth plans

Desired qualifications:

• Extraordinary social/relationship and communication skills

• Ability to drive results within a matrixed environment via cross-group collaboration

• Experience of leading teams on large, high visibility projects to successful outcomes

• Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive creative and unique solutions to growth

• Executive presence and business maturity to be able to work with senior managers

• Adept at translating vague ideas into clear, defined goals and ability to drive the execution of those goals

• Experience with event planning and coordination
