Job Description

Initiate letters of authorization, manage supplier communications and coordinate supplier surveys with an outside contractor and internal sourcing/procurement team;

Knowledge of SAP and/or related ERP database to easily extract or request manufacturer’s part number detail, confirm supplier contact details; and update the necessary information into a centralized web-base software program.

Assist in establishing work flows and procedures necessary to maintain data integrity.
