Project Architect

RELOCATION CONTRACT POSITION: COLORADO SPRINGS CO

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Project Architect/Designer to join our team doing residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking an architect that thrives in the design environment, understands the process and what it takes to obtain construction permits.

• Advanced AutoCAD and Sketchup knowledge at huge plus.
• Ability to write well and be able to sketch fast a huge plus.
• Licensed or willingness to get licensed in Colorado a plus.
• Must be able to make site visits to document existing conditions.
• Other company/office work; meeting with clients, preparing presentations, networking
• Hours of work per week 30-60

This position is a contract position. However after 2 months of successful projects we may ask you to come on full time with increased pay.

As we need someone to start immediately company can provide immediate temporary housing in home with fitness room, cable tv, just 2 minute walk to work… ask for more details.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 /hour
