Programmer Analyst

Top-tier NY based hedge fund seeks a programmer to participate in the development of a portfolio and risk management systems for the fund.

Technical skills:

Object Oriented modeling and programming (C#/VB.NET, C++ a plus)

SQL Server 2012 programming and design

.NET platform experience

MS operating systems

Experience in designing, coding, testing and debugging complex programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required

2+ years work experience as a software engineer

Financial services industry experience greatly preferred

Development experience in convertible and straight bond applications or tools desired

Development experience in risk analytics desired
