Program, Project & Service Management Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Program, Project & Service Management Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA): Plan, monitor and control delivery for high-quality and predictable outcomes for programs, projects and/or managed services. Manage the delivery effort including change, demand and support of operations management within schedule, cost, quality, effort and SLAs. Prioritize and manage the scope of the assigned program, project or contracted service. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implement continuous improvements. Support the management of financials, contractual, and operational commitments in alignment with contract and original deal economics, as well as cost management targets. Baseline the scope and estimate and plan the work. Plan and manage resourcing/staffing within a globally sourced delivery model. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

• Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Technical planning and project management for Office 365 architecture implementation by building components and custom designs, prototyping, maintaining technical integrity and consistency, and documenting system; native features and capabilities for SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online (Office 365) to design core Digital Workplace solutions; building complex SharePoint solutions with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), JavaScript, and PowerShell, including Apps/Add-ins; operational experience with Office Online Server/Office Web App Server and Workflow Manager; Hands-on experience designing, deploying and testing solution components within environments of medium to large size and complexity of Office 365 solutions; managing customer relationship by communicating Office 365 and Azure cloud architecture, standards, Best Practices and frameworks, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues; and, Participating in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements, and documenting results properly.

• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
