Program Manager Lead

Overview

GOIN Technology is a newly formed technology consulting and managed services business headquartered in Dallas/Ft. Worth. The company is focused on CIO/CTO Advisory Consulting, Information Security, Digital Transformation, Software/Data Engineering, Innovation as a Service and Managed Services.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to fill a contract leadership position for one of our large clients in Dallas/Ft Worth. The leader will be responsible for overall leadership of the IT PMO and execution of a large scale, multi-year program.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with company and IT leadership to ensure successful delivery of a large scale, multi-year Oracle ERP implementation
• Establish baseline, fundamental PMO capabilities to include governance, risk management, resource management and project accounting.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects. Coordinate cross-project activities.
• Collaborate with third parties assigned to multiple projects within the program.
• Communicate regular status to executive management.
• Take ownership and a “forward lean” toward all interactions; take responsibility and drive results.
• Managed detailed plans and activities. Develop and control deadlines and budget updates.
• Proactively manage, report, and reduce program risks.
• Establish frameworks and processes for effective program execution across multiple third parties and employees.
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Corporate PMO to ensure status is accurate and delivered timely.
• Assess talent and make recommendations as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years industry experience in Information Technology or Technology Consulting
• At least 5 years leading a PMO function
• At least 3 years working with Oracle ERP platforms and large-scale implementation.
• Excellent grammar and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consulting industry, Fin-Tech of digitally aligned organizations
• Technical background, conversant in mainstream skills and qualifications for highly technical engineers
• Superior organizational skills
• Technically proficient
