Program Coordinator and Marketing With SharePoint-

The position is for a New Product and Ideas (NPI) Coordinator, supporting US Army Medical Research and Material Command (USAMRMC) Headquarters at Ft. Detrick, Frederick Maryland.

The role will provide project coordination, support, and development, establishment, and maintenance of NICBR website for the public detailing activities and partners and serve as liaison for communication of website content/revisions. Serve as a coordinator on an internal SharePoint site for use as a repository for NICBR materials by writing an implementation plan and drafting business workflows/processes. Operate as Administrator, for the Command’s New Products and Ideas Website participating in various projects such as facilitating a training program for new reviewers and supervisors, maintaining operational spreadsheets, reviewing submissions daily to determine path forward/rerouting, responding to submissions and queries (including congressional) on behalf of the Command, and work with reviewers to provide a thorough response. Serve as program coordinator for overall management and development of a new NPI Website by addressing concerns from outside vendors/industry and internal research program area subject matter experts to communicate on appropriate avenues to consider.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Sharepoint administration

Customer Service for dealing with new and existing vendors

Website maintenance and ability to make design enhancements

Prior Research and development exposure within Medical or Science arena

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
