Product/Process Engineer

Primary Responsibilities of Product/Process Engineer

Direct, coordinate and participate in activities required to engineer customer orders.

Work with Director of Engineering to supply all information necessary for the preparation of;

1. Drawings (Customer P&I, U&I, GA) plus (Manufacturing Machine Shop & Assembly)

2. Preparation of Bill of Materials.

3. Purchasing Support provide Specifications for non-core Compressor Components:

a. ASME Pressure Vessels

b. Heat Exchangers

c. Process Gas Piping & Instrumentation

4. Order scheduling/coordination with Manfacturing

5. Product technical support for compressor orders in Machine Shop/Assembly

6. Provide occasional field service support to assist field technician diagnose at customer site

Product/Process Engineer Qualifications

.Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

.Proficiency in computer aided design using AutoCAD

.Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings of parts or assemblies for fabrication, manufacturing and repairs

.Skilled with EXCEL, WOR5D, QUATTROPRO, WORD PERFECT & MATHCAD

.Strong communication skills

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
