Product Risk Manager - Optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, engineering, computer science or information technology
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on risk management
Skilled at formulating process designs and systems enhancements
Experienced at aligning resources, seeking input from key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to achieve desired results
Outstanding ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions even in ambiguous situations
Strong team building capabilities
Experience in Agile and Lean software methodologies for product delivery

Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in our Miramar, Florida office and will be a member of the technology team within Optimize. In this role you will collaborate closely with the supplier relationship manager and supplier risk manager.

What You’ll Do

You will help define the strategy and technical solutions necessary to automate the vetting of third party suppliers to the firm to minimize risk.

In this role you will responsible for gathering requirements needed for vetting third parties, determining the most appropriate technical solutions (vetting tools/algorithms, software) and identifying necessary integrations to support supplier management operations.

You will also develop the product roadmap and will drive implementations based on risk priorities. To do so, you will collaborate and problem solve with technical & digital team at the firm. You will act as a thought partner with IT security, legal, risk, sustainability and security to identify, validate and align technical requirements.

You will recommend system enhancement opportunities based on market trends, internal user feedback or local market needs, and gain support from stakeholders to develop and implement new product features. You will also handle product related escalations.
