Product Manager – Healthcare Analytics & Delivery, New Ventures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus

8-12 years of professional experience in product management roles, including product strategy, design, development, technical product management, functional design, etc.

Experience in the healthcare industry, either payer or provider, is a plus

Willingness to travel 25% of the time

You’ll will work with our Healthcare Analytics & Delivery team,a part of McKinsey’s New Ventures.

The Healthcare Analytics & Delivery team uses healthcare data and analytics to answer some of the most pressing questions our healthcare clients have today. These capabilities are the foundation of multiple high profile initiatives and have been core to our Healthcare practice in delivering organization wide transformation programs for payors and providers.

What You’ll Do

You will collaborate with McKinsey consultants to identify how our experience and knowledge can be converted into competitively advantaged software product.

You’ll shape the product roadmap of each asset under management, and lead the innovation process to increase the product distinctiveness.You will define and prioritize features and functionality, user experience, and associated services.

You’ll coordinate the product engineering team(s) to run an efficient agile development approach and build realistic timelines and budgets. You will create comprehensive product adoption strategies including client beta user program and operationalize plans.

You will accompany the transition of our products from “build” mode to “run” mode driven by operations teams and SLAs.
