Product Manager

Paradox is an innovative tech company located in South Scottsdale. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a Product Manager who can help us build amazing software. This individual will work closely with our product & engineering team to bring our visions to life. We iterate quickly so this individual must have a bias to action, the ability to think on their feet, and the drive needed to excel in a startup environment.

Product Manager qualifications include:

• Passion for solving complex problems at scale
• Experience building & shipping software in an agile environment
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable to our teammates & clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive focused resolution in a fast-paced environment

Product Manager responsibilities:

• Take abstract ideas & turn them into easy-to-use products
• Work with customers & teammates to define and execute product initiatives
• Build & maintain product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
• Manage a full feature life-cycle from research and design through development and launch
