Purpose of the Job:

To place orders in our ERP system according to Sourcing requirements.

To manage all administrative tasks related to product modifications and financial reporting

Position in the Organization

Organizational Reporting:

Reports to the Procurement Manager (PM)

Internal: Sourcing department, Material planner, Methods/logistics, Finance

Number of orders placed
Turnaround time for orders placement

Late order placement or quantities gaps

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Control parameters & needs before orders placement
Place orders & manage them in the ERP system
Analyze ERP data & escalate gaps or anomalies to sourcing, finance, logistics and procurement

Support sourcing to update financial dashboard
Track & manage order acknowledgement receipts
Manage purchasing documents classification

Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Recognised technical qualification

Desired Knowledge / Experience & Behaviour:

Similar experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment
ERP : SAP (HAVD)
Experience with MS Office tools
Excellent and concise communication
Active team player, deadline driven, process driven
