Process Engineer (Entry Level)

The Thin Film Department is looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background/knowledge and capabilities to sustain and continuously improve process. Duties include daily process sustaining, continuous process improvement and multitasking in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. As a process engineer, you will work in a clean room environment that is fast-paced and high pressure.

• Work closely with manufacturing, process/equipment engineers and technicians
• Daily process sustaining, including maintaining in-line/off-line monitor performance to ensure stable processes and good quality of wafer processed
• Conduct continuous improvement for productivity/operation improvement and cost savings
• Troubleshoot in tool or process issues for root cause of problems, finding and proposing solutions
• Control projects efficiently and effectively to achieve internal and external customer’s goals

Required Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills including MS Office (and Excel’s macro programming)
• Understanding of SPC/Quality concepts
• Ability to navigate challenges
• Data and goal driven mindset

Required Experience
BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Material Science Engineering
