Responsibilities:

• Provide support to engineers working on new single wafer deposition process development as well as improvements to existing products and processes for advanced metal and related films

• Operate metrology tools to qualify process equipment and optimize processes

• Adjust hardware/software parameters to correct issues or execute experiments

• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot process/integration problems

• Help to compile and analyze measured data

• Working with engineers to develop recommendations and prepare changes, additions, and modifications, which will facilitate equipment production and sales

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in a Science / Engineering related discipline

• Candidate must have 3+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry

• Candidate with project management experience or having previously demonstrated a strong self-directed skill set is preferential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must

• Ability and desire to work in a multicultural team

• Ability for some limited domestic or international travel

Physical Requirements:

Job duties may be performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds may be required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional overnight travel to TEL factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
