Process Engineer
Key Role:

Support the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide applications, architecture, and technology. Conduct architecture assessments to determine compliance with DoD Information Environment, Architecture Framework (DoDAF), and Federal Enterprise Architecture in support of systems development and portfolio and investment management efforts. Document linkages of the portfolio architecture and assets to mission requirements, business process, capabilities, systems, and data.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in an enterprise or solution architecture support role

-Experiencing with managing the identification and development of the EA artifacts needed to support compliance reviews and evaluation of IT standards

-Experience with assessing IT portfolio and recommending technical solutions that will enable the organization to meet architecture requirements that align to IT strategy and support achieving its business or mission objectives

-Experience with documenting linkages of the portfolio architecture and assets to mission requirements, business process, capabilities, systems, and data

-Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Federal Enterprise Architecture

-Ability to perform assessment and trade-off analysis on the portfolio to identify recommendations that deliver gains in efficiencies for applications, processes, or infrastructure resources

-Ability to develop technical documentation to document the solution design and application architecture

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, IT, or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with applying BPR

-Experience with using the Army Enterprise Knowledge Repository (EKR) system

-Experience with applying statistical or analytical techniques

-Experience with portfolio assessments or rationalization

-Experience in working with statistical techniques or data analytics

-Knowledge of a broad range of technologies and integration platforms

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
