Hanger Inc., is looking for a Priority Claims Analyst II to join our team. Primary responsibilities include support of offshore EDI enrollment processes, analysis, and resolution of issues related to payer registration, credentialing and enrollment ensure compliance, improve performance, and reimbursement rates; as well as, maintaining exceptional support and communication with clinics, employees, and management. Other responsibilities may include liaison roles and various other types of processing.

Your Impact

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients in a professional and service oriented manner.
  • Proactively review and monitor changes/updates in enrollment paperwork and payer statuses. Interpret relevant data and information and decide on appropriate course of action.
  • Responsible for researching, documenting and creating the user logins for provider portals.
  • Responsible for resolution of internal enrollment issues initiated from field clinics; either independently or through interaction with other internal departments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 2 years of related experience "OR" High School Diploma or G.E.D plus 6 years of practical experience is acceptable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience to include at least one of the following areas: Medicare, reimbursement, medical policy or payor appeal requirements.

Preferred
  • Computer skills essential; prefer experience with Excel, Share point and Sales Force.
  • Motivated, proactive, research and detail oriented. Strong analytic and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Past experience with Hanger Inc preferred or essential understanding and working knowledge of any of the following entities -Change Healthcare, CAQH, Availity.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with time-sensitive deadline
