Premium Seating Sales Executive – Utah Jazz (Salt Lake City, UT)

Job Summary:
The Premium Seating Sales Executive is responsible to develop and retain premium seating revenue to achieve annual revenue goals as defined by the annual business plan.

Primary Duties:
Maintain a premium partner account list built with a mix of Club and Suite product accounts

Proactively prospect, present, and close new premium seating products offered by the Utah Jazz, Salt Lake Bees, and Vivint Smart Home Arena

Schedule, coordinate, and conduct face to face appointments to gain business insight and comfort recommending a specific product to fit goals of prospective clients

Ability to deliver presentations to high-level executives with a focus on providing business solutions through premium seating products

Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline to monitor real time sales progress

Maintain detailed records in CRM to support sales efforts as defined by the organization

Act as primary point of contact for premium clients regarding their game day experience — ensure customer satisfaction, resolve ticket issues and coordinate special access

Maintain an active role in Utah Jazz game day experience to develop relationships and generate new leads

Demonstrate commitment to teamwork in order to achieve department and organization goals

Provide exceptional customer service

Makes decisions guided by precedent and based on company policy

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent training and experience.

Minimum of two years customer service or hospitality industry experience working with premium clients. Team sport activation or related sports marketing experience preferred.

Must be proficient in database applications (preferably Microsoft CRM) and Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Knowledge of ticketing software a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and thrive in a competitive work environment.

Professional committed to achieving excellence in sales, with superior communication skills and work ethic.

A strong desire to succeed and an eagerness to learn are also necessary.

History of consistently achieving or sustaining sales goals.

Needs to be energetic, friendly, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Must work well in team environment.

Able to work flexible schedule when required, including evenings and weekends
