Pre-Sales Analyst

A Pre-Sales Analyst will work with a team of experienced individuals to assist and facilitate key deliverables utilized within the sales process. This team will contribute to and develop sales resources as needed, looking for ways to proactively add value to the sales department. The ideal candidate is adept at solving problems and seeks to develop new skills over time. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with, and gain the respect of, both internal and external colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile investment transactions and accounting for our demo portfolios using a state-of-the-art web-based system
• Assist in the successful completion, organization and delegation for prospect RFPs
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting
• Capable of solving complex and abstract promblems
• Assisting with critical research and preparation for sales visits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field of study
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and math skills
• Strong computer skills, including Excel

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Finance and/or accounting experience
• Knowledge of investment accounting
• Securities or financial markets experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Outlook, task workflow, and Agile Methodologies
