Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

We are a fast growing restaurant group located in West Hollywood, Westside, South Bay and Hawaii.

We are looking for the right person to manage all of our marketing in house and online.

Candidate will work closely with the founders, graphic artist, and onsite managers and staff.

This is an part time hourly position to start, possible full time.

What a candidate will do:
Assist in the creating and execution of marketing campaigns for 7 Restaurants

Create and Manage social media marketing campaigns over various platforms (Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Pintrest): “Like”, Respond to all comments and inquiries.

Coordinate online and in-house marketing from idea to execution.

Manage guest email list and schedule email blast via Fish bowl.

Manage marketing calendar for all locations 3 month out.

Light updating of websites (wordpress)

Working with graphic designercreating artwork for collateral and flyer ordering

Research and monitor stories and trends in the food, cocktail, bar and restaurant industries.

What a candidate should have/be:

Extrtemely organized

Creative with high attention to detail

Passion for the food and beverage industry

Strong written English, copy editing skills

Sense of humor

Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently

Professional experience with all major social media platforms
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in multiple environments

A self-starting work style and eagerness to succeed at every task at hand

Working knowledge of internet marketing and search engine optimization.

Have ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.

Must be available to work every day of the week.
