PR Seasonal, International

Description:

-Assists Central & International zones in liaising, coordinating, and executing all International shoots within the public relations division of Louis Vuitton Americas

Responsibilities:

-Assists the Public Relations team with a focus on sample trafficking for International shoots happening in the US

-Responsible for monitoring all samples arrivals and departures for International shoots to ensure no product is lost in the process

-Provide monthly report of all International editorial shoots and share with Central & other zones

-Help to maintain and organize of the PR showroom

-Comprehensive knowledge of Fashion GPS a plus

label Profile
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

– 1-2 years public relations and/or administrative experience.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint).

– Very detail oriented, highly organized, service oriented, deadline oriented.
