Summary

: The primary purpose of this position is to provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, power quality analysis, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following.

• Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training.
• Self-management of assigned projects and job cost accountability to perform work within budgeted cost estimates.
• Interpret specifications and customer inquiries and design technical proposals and pricing for customers
• Ability to run small studies and projects unassisted

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited school. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

?• 5-10 years previous power systems study experience to include short circuit, coordination and arc flash.

• Demonstrated experience with Power System Study software (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP, or similar)

P.E. license Required

Other Qualifications

•

Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
