PM Shift Supervisor

Structall Building Systems is an industry leader in SIP”s (Structural Insulated Panels) who has been in business for over 30 years. We are growing and expanding our operations. We are looking to hire a full time p.m. shift supervisor. We are looking for a dependable self-starter that can manage a team of employees. This position will report to the Facility Manager in Lakeland, FL. The hours will start in the late morning. The p.m. shift supervisor will be responsible for:

· Supervising a shift of 8 to 10 employees.

· Coordinate material transfers between branches.

· Checking the accuracy of the orders that are processed.

· Insure that the material is packaged and loaded correctly.

· Prepares revision of orders in database.

· Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean.

· Making sure all employees are following safety protocols.

· Make sure all operations are running on a timely schedule.
