E ach physician has staff dedicated to them, freeing them to see patients & keeping admin tasks to a minimum

All positions part of call pools. All calls triaged by nurses keeping intrusions to a minimum

40 hour week with 35 patient contact hours

Physician led – most of our senior physician leaders choose to have clinical practices
