Photographer Trainee

Our photographers are the center of our universe and our success depends on their skill level. Whatever skill level you currently possess, we’ll make you a better, more rounded photographer. You’ll understand how to create amazing images of seniors, bridals, engagements, families, children, babies and newborns. We invest in you with the goal of making you a world-class photographer.

In the studio, you’ll typically photograph four sessions each day. There is no other studio in the country that will give you that much experience. This means your skills will develop faster than they will in any other environment.

We need dependable, fast-learning, outgoing people who love children. You do NOT need any photography experience. Really. We will train the right people. If you build relationships easily and people are drawn to you, you’re likely perfect for FotoFly. Again, we’re looking for smart people who are kind and happy.

Even if you feel like being a photographer is out of your comfort zone, come meet us and we’ll tell you if we see potential. This could be your chance to develop the valuable trade of photography.

You will NOT pay for the training. With the public, we train photographers at FotoFly Academy and charge $12,500. If you are hired as a photographer, YOU WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING and receive the same training. It’s a great opportunity. We do expect our photographer trainees to sign a 2 year employment contract, if you can’t commit this might not be the right job for you.
