Phone Support Representative

Do you enjoy helping others and fixing problems? Are you looking for call center based employment in a team environment? Customer Engineering Services (CES) is seeking a Phone Support Representative with technical experience and customer service skills in the Irving, TX office.

CES is a professional field services company which installs, repairs and maintains technology-based products. We work in the commercial and industrial printing markets as well as retail and pharmacy automation industries.

Daily responsibilities would include inbound phone-based troubleshooting and repair of various products including photo printers, workgroup printers, wide format printers, industrial printers, retail automation kiosks and pharmacy automation equipment. Representatives are also responsible to complete various administrative tasks.

We seek candidates with technical expertise, a customer service mindset and administrative abilities. Candidates should also be computer and phone savvy and have a flexible schedule that would include working Saturdays or Sundays weekly.
