Personal Lines Account Manager – Frost Insurance Agency

As a Personal Lines Account Manager with Frost Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, maintaining and expanding existing accounts through professional client service and cross-selling of products and coverage. Responsibilities will include analyzing client policy profiles to identify opportunities for rounding out or upgrading accounts through cross selling; reviewing new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage; establishing and maintaining relationship with carrier, marketing, underwriting, and claims staff; marketing new business; completing exposure analysis to determine client needs; performing account analysis to minimize client exposure; and providing stewardship for account payments. The candidate will ensure activities, including all in-bound and out-bound contacts with clients and prospects, requested changes in coverage, requests for endorsements or cancellations, collection issues, or requests for other services or information are documented on the agency management system.

Qualifications

Required:

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property & Casualty (P&C), or attainment of license within 90 days of employment
• 2 years experience in the insurance field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Multi-task oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Ability to retain a Book of Business between $150,000 and $300,000 containing at least 100 accounts

Preferred:

• Insurance professional designations including: Commercial Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree
