SUMMARY

We are seeking afull-time Payroll/HR Coordinator who is outgoing, well-presented, confident, organized and demonstrates strong commitmentand confidentiality. Responsible for full cycle of biweekly payrolls.Responsible for processing time records and changes in wage rates anddeductions. Must be strong backup for Human Resources functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOTLIMITED TO: Responsible for payroll of 250 employees for bi-weekly period Review and approve automated and manual time entries, seeking necessary information. Requires working with Directors and Managers on reconciling time sheets for bi-weekly payroll. Identify and report on errors, inconsistencies, and problems. Ensure accurate and on schedule payroll input, output, and delivery. Set up, maintain, and close employee accounts internally, including bank information. Create reports for information pertaining to payroll and submit to Accounting/Finance. Communicate with employees regarding changes in salary, benefits, etc. Enter changes to employee payroll records. Entering of new hires, employee changes voluntary deductions in the payroll system Processing of manual checks such as terminations and discrepancies. Prepare and process garnishments, employment verifications and child support documents. Calculate new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay Processing stop payments or adjustments of payroll. Ensure that computing, withholding, and deductions are done correctly Knowledge of wage and hour laws. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS Atleast 3 years of payroll experience. Atleast 2 years of experience in HR. Proficientin ADP Workforce Now Payroll and HR Knowledgeof Suite of Microsoft Office Strongverbal and written communication skills.

Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and proper mental attitude. Abilityto multi-task or work independently. Abilityto work with all levels of the organization Stronganalytical and interpersonal communication skills. Excellentcustomer service skills. Professionalappearance and demeanor. Highschool diploma or equivalent. Ableto effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands

Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office setting. Must be able to maneuver around the office setting, work at a desk/work station. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
