Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC)/Cameron General Contractors (CGC) is now accepting candidates for a Payroll Accountant to join our growing company. The Payroll Accountant is responsible for processing bi-monthly payroll for employees in multiple jurisdictions while providing support to company manages in payroll documentation and system workflow. The Payroll Accountant will work collaboratively with other members of the Accounting Department under the direction of the RLC/CGC Controller.

Maintain all payroll and related documentation for Home Office and RLC Communities.

Prepare payroll returns with federal and multiple state and local jurisdictions.

Be open, honest and professional in communicating and working with all personnel of CGC/RLC and management staff of each community.

Creatively solve problems with minimal supervision.

Here’s what we’re looking for in the right candidate:
Bachelors’ degree in business and/or accounting or equivalent work experience in payroll, human resources and accounting.

Must work in the Home Office in Lincoln, NE.

Familiarity with payroll and employee benefit procedures and laws.

Proficient with computers and common software applications.

Able to learn quickly and work with little supervision.
