Payment Processing Specialist

Individuals for this role would be responsible for providing data entry, administrative, and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate posting of lockbox payment processing operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Post payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon.
• Research payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts.
• Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary.
• Process payment returns as necessary.
• Other duties as required including scanning payments, forwarding and sorting rejected payments to management company clients.
• Comply with established policies and procedures that meet internal control security standards and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provide additional assistance in other areas of the company as needed.
• Handle special projects which may be assigned.
• Exemplify CINC’s values while carrying out its mission and the priorities established by the management team.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills :

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable/banking field preferred. Data Entry skills (10 key by touch), accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Must possess the ability to perform at high energy levels to meet high volume requirements and processing deadlines. Previous data entry experience required and Microsoft office experience required, including familiarity with Excel.
