Patient Services Representative

Our practice is seeking a friendly and energetic Patient Services Representative. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Individual must have great attention to detail, be organized, be able to multi-task, have the ability to handle stressful situations with a smile and communicate respectfully with patients and fellow staff members. Individual must also be professional in appearance. This is currently a part time position with the opportunity to become full time in the very near future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Greeting patients and answering telephones.

-Assisting patients with check-in and check-out process.

-Scheduling patient appointments.

-Collecting co-pays and balances.

-Preparing patient charts.

Experience in a medical office is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
