RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Ensuring that patients are transferred throughout the hospital campus in a safe and timely manner that maximizes patient flow.

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED equivalent

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
HeartSaver CPR AED or BLS training required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to lift and transfer patients exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently.

Ability to tolerate prolonged walking and standing.
