JUNIOR PARTS PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR –KEMPTON PARK R10000,00

Roles & Responsibilities: (Main activities)
The Candidate will handle the following responsibility:
Base calculating of parts to be purchased
Create orders and follow up until delivered
Calculate order needs from minimum stock levels and ensure that levels are adhered to
Work with operations to ensure required orders for operational needs and stock are ordered and shipped according to procedures
Create and process orders on Syspro

Experience and skills
Automotive parts purchasing experience
Experience in purchasing department
Understanding of inventory , administration and procedures
Education/Experience Matric
Procurement/Logistics qualification /experience/studying towards
Must be self driven and be able to operate with minimum supervison
Experience on MS Office and Syspro or a similar accounting package (ERP Package)
