Partner Manager, Latin America

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of existing strategic partner relationships as well as developing new alliances with potential partners, in the LATAM region. You will work closely with our partners to sell Nakisa’s solutions, and influence partners to grow Nakisa expertise within their practice. Previous experience managing enterprise-class partnerships in the solution space is a requirement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with the Big 4 accounting advisory firms in LATAM, including target account alignment and successful delivery of services resulting in utmost client satisfaction
  • Sell Nakisa solutions through our partner network and grow the Nakisa partner base.
  • Create and cultivate new partnerships with targeted vendors, systems integrators and channel VARs.
  • Manage partnerships based on specific forecasted goals and targets from strategic, marketing and sales alliances perspectives.
  • Assist and support the sales team via partnership support on a daily basis to help create and drive new revenues.
  • Partner enablement and managing relationships delivering implementation services to enterprise customers within LATAM
  • Work with VARs and SI partners to support sales efforts of Nakisa products in the region.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of all Alliance activities to key teams and other internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Professional Services.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of the Alliance team.
  • Ensure 100% partner and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate and support marketing events together with partners. (e.g. conferences, roadshows, etc.)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development and/or indirect sales.
  • Proven sales track record in increasing market share.
  • Excellent understanding of the enterprise software industry.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills in both written and spoken English, Spanish & Portuguese.
  • Experience leveraging partners to sell to large enterprises.
  • Prior experience with SAP is a definite asset.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Self motivated with a keen interest to learn new technology and business processes.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a teamwork and cooperative environment.
