The P
osition

We are searching for a Partner and Channel Manager to address the following parts of our portfolio:
SEEBURGER Business Integration solutions, including B2B, EAI, MFT, API Management etc., delivered on-premise, hybrid or as cloud.

This role will preferably be based in the Scottsdale, Arizona.

The primary vertical focus of the role is in financial industries and insurance, and energy, utilities and chemical market segments, with a secondary vertical market focus of healthcare.

The Partner and Channel Manager needs to have a sound understanding of business drivers and use cases for B2B, MFT, BPM, SOA, API Management, Digital Applications, EAI including SAP integration, Cloud, and EDI processing and translation.

The candidate must be a "hunter" professional who will secure partnerships, business partners that would help drive software license and software services sales in North America, however also globally when applicable.


Your Responsibilities

  • Help develop SEEBURGER’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders in Global Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Product and Solution Management, Engineering; support regional engagement with strategic global and regional partners.
  • Help establish partner performance criteria and drive partners to support SEEBURGER business; help develop SEEBURGER reference architectures and solutions, and commit partner resources to product sales and implementation for end customers.
  • Help partners grow their SEEBURGER practice and solution portfolio through joint development of solutions and services; develop and provide custom presentations on SEEBURGER’s technologies to partners, to help them scale our joint business
  • Manage business performance of partners and map partner capabilities and priorities with SEEBURGER’s goals and strategies; drive quarterly business reviews with key service partners and SEEBURGER leadership.
  • Define customer-centric and industry-specific use cases for SEEBURGER to target via partners; build ecosystem of service partners for SEEBURGER offerings.
  • Liaising between the partner and SEEBURGER to assist in putting programs for partner agreements, training, and certifications to enable the partner.
  • Developing forums to engage different layers of the partner and channel organization with the SEEBURGER organization

Your Profile

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a partner or channel manager role.
  • Experience with integration software and services, offered on premise, hybrid or as a cloud solution service.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, agile partners, mid-tier integrator and global system integrator.
  • Experience with partner/channel pipeline development and management skills, with proven ability to deliver Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Need to have experience and to be able to network, including setting up meetings with the practice and technology leaders for the IT areas, client partners, and business lines to bring in our management to meet them on a regular basis.
  • Experience in consultation delivery with enterprise software engagements.
  • Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a global team and speaking German would be a plus.
