Part-Time Site Representative – Reception

We are seeking a Part-time Site Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client’s site.

Responsibilities:
Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Responsible for performing general front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, entering data into computer; responding to customer needs and requests, accepting deliveries and setting-up food and beverages for meetings, overseeing entrance to fitness center and washing/providing towels.

Operations of operation is 7:00am – 7:00pm. Part-Time hours up to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and math, familiarity with office methods and procedures and use of standard office equipment, friendly and professional phone demeanor, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and prior experience in an office environment. Must be available to work flexible hours.
