Part Time Bookkeeper

We are a team of Solar Warriors based in Gowanus Brooklyn. We operate in the five boroughs of New York City and sell residential and commercial solar installations. Our team is comprised of passionate people who want to help change the world one roof top at a time.

Brooklyn SolarWorks is looking for a part time book keeper to physically come to our HG and help with transactions, reporting, financial planning, and accounting. Candidate should have the following qualifications:

– Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks Online software platform

– 3+ years working with company accounts and developing financial reports

– Strong knowledge of accounting concepts eg. accelerated depreciation, multi year liabilities, P&L and Balance Sheet management

The ideal candidate is flexible with timing and interested in the solar field. We are growing quickly and if there is a good fit this position could lead to a full time position.

Salary: $35.00 /hour
