Part Time Bookkeeper

Wagner’s Home Furnishings in Missoula, MT is 3rd Generation Family Owned Home Furnishings store serving Western Montana since 1953. We are currently looking for a part-time bookkeeper / accounting specialist with the following qualifications:

-Working knowledge and experience with full General Ledger Accounting, preferably w/ inventory experience

-Preparation of Bank Recs, balance sheets, sales and profit reports

-Prepare Payroll information for payroll company

-Working knowledge of the full-cycle of accounting for small business, including closing out financials

-Report Directly to Owners, coordinate more complex transactions with our CPA Firm

-Proficient with computers; ability to learn our accounting software (not Quickbooks)

-Working knowledge of Excel

-Average around 16-20 Hours Per Week

-Additional administrative responsibilities would be limited, but may be necessary.
