Paid Internship

The ISPE Sales department is looking for a summer intern to help identify and qualify leads to strengthen our sales pipeline for the 2017 and 2018 Annual Meeting.

Responsibilities will include:

• Database work – Enter new and missing contact information and product/service categories into Salesforce
• Research social media (LinkedIn) and our internal database (iMIS) to find sales contacts and their contact information
• Make calls and send emails to verify current contacts and contact information
• Assist with collection of exhibitor/sponsor deliverables (company logos, exhibitor directory listings, spotlight videos)
• Assist with entering exhibitor badge registrations in database (iMIS) and send confirmation letters
• Submission of Track-It tickets for website issues/changes, sponsor/exhibitor logos

The intern should be a college student enrolled in a Marketing, Communications or related degree program and be available to work at least 30 hours per week. We would like someone with good phone and data entry skills, and a proven ability to do online research.

Start date is ASAP and continues through the end of summer.
