Packaging Machine Operator

EVENING SHIFT – 4pm to 12am.

Our fast growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking a evening shift operator for our automatic packing machine. The candidate must be a quick learner and have near perfect attendance.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY

  • Get familiar with machine functionality and perform tasks accordingly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines as noted on charts or required by supervisor.
  • Maintain work area and all equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations.
  • Be willing to accept and receive supervision and assistance as needed.
  • Be able to left a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.

    • QUALIFICATION and EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience operating manufacturing machinery.

  • This is a full-time position and offers benefits.
  • The position reports to the Assistant Manager and the Production Manager.

    Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
