Constitution Properties LLC, a HomeVestors franchisee based in Randolph MA, is looking for an aggressive and motivated individual. 80% of our leads are generated by “We Buy Ugly Houses” National and Regional advertising!

• Responsibilities Include: Meeting with prospective homeowners to evaluate the value of their home, estimating the repairs needed and making an offer to purchase the home.
• No home buying, No realtor or No construction experienced needed, we will train!

This position offers great earning potential and requires you to be aggressive and self-motivated. Most appointments are M-F with occasional weekend and early evening appointments. Base salary plus commission for full time sales representatives with an earning potential range of $90,000-$130,000+. We do offer Health Insurance, dental and 401K for full time employees! Requirements

• Be highly goal oriented. and self-motivated.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience and/or a college degree.
• Look and behave professionally.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accessible to our Randolph office Monday–Friday during regular business hours.
• Being willing to travel in the Eastern MA area to meet with customers.
• Have reliable car.
